The waste oil regeneration process consists of four main processes: precipitation, distillation, pickling, and activated clay purification. Sedimentation and distillation are relatively simple, while acid washing and active clay purification are relatively complicated.
Precipitation: The precipitation is mainly to remove moisture and large metal debris from the waste engine oil. There are two kinds of precipitation: natural precipitation and heating precipitation. The natural precipitation is to dump the waste engine oil into the container, and let the impurities slowly settle to the bottom by gravity. Distillation: Distillation separates other oils such as gasoline and diesel oil from waste engine oil. If there is no other oil and fat in the waste engine oil, it can be directly subjected to pickling treatment without distillation.
Pickling treatment: Sulfuric acid treatment is to remove gums, asphaltenes and other oxides from the oil. The concentration of sulfuric acid used is above 93% and the amount is between 8% and 15%. Add waste oil to about 40 °C, add human sulfuric acid, stir while stirring, add 2O-30 minutes, add human concentration of 5%-10% caustic soda aqueous solution about 1%, gently stir for 5 minutes, static precipitation 2-4 After the hour, the first acid residue is released, and the second acid residue is discharged after 4-6 hours of sedimentation, and the temperature is kept above 20 °C when the sedimentation is completed.
