Pickling treatment: Sulfuric acid treatment is to remove gums, asphaltenes and other oxides from the oil. The concentration of sulfuric acid used is above 93% and the amount is between 8% and 15%. Add waste oil to about 40 °C, add human sulfuric acid, stir while stirring, add 2O-30 minutes, add human concentration of 5%-10% caustic soda aqueous solution about 1%, gently stir for 5 minutes, static precipitation 2-4 After the hour, the first acid slag is released, and the second acid slag is discharged for 4-6 hours, and the temperature is kept above 20 ° C when the sediment is set.

Purification of activated clay: There are numerous small pores on the surface of activated clay, which has strong adsorption force and can absorb fine impurities of waste engine oil. The acid oil after washing is heated to 120-140 ° C, 10%-15% active clay is added, stirred for 30-40 minutes, and then settled for 4-8 hours. When the oil temperature drops to about 80 °C, the oil pump can be used. The fine filter is extracted, and the waste oil regeneration process ends. In order to improve the adsorption of clay, it is recommended to dry the activated clay at 110 ° C for 2-3 hours before use.
